Born in northern Manitoba and raised in the untamed beauty of Northwestern Ontario, Marc knew from an early age he would perform music. Marc is a member of the Chippewas of Nawash First Nation as well as having a Finnish heritage.

Handsome Tiger
Handsome Tiger is an Anishinaabe Métis, North African music producer/dj from Turtle Island, born and residing in Vancouver BC. His production blends traditional sounds from his culture alongside other indigenous sounds, interwoven into the contemporary sounds of electronic bass music today.
Bryden Gwiss
A Pow-Wow singer/song maker and Men's Traditional Dancer. He has grown up on the Pow-Wow Trail learning songs, drum teachings and has been dancing Mens Traditional Style for over 30 years. Bryden was nominated for a Juno Award, Indigenous Album Of The Year 2017, on his debut album release entitled Round Dance & Beats.
Classic Roots
Infusing tribal rhythms and his own boreal spirit over raw techno beats is his specialty and he does not disappoint. Drawing inspiration from his life and culture, Classic Roots developed his original sound through integration of traditional Anishinaabe drumming and singing, with a unique sound of techno/house and sound designing to establish a sense of cultural freedom that echoes throughout his music.
David R Maracle
Not only a World Renown Sculptor of Stone, David has released over 17 Musical compilations and albums over his multi-faceted career. David has received two Gold Records from the Recording Industry RIAA, for his world ambient sounds of the Iroquoian Flute, and Multi-Instrumental fusion of sounds, with rare world instruments that he has mastered over his successful career.
Andrew Stevens
Andrew Joseph Stevens III is a Mi’kmaq producer, singer/songwriter based out of London, Ontario. Musical projects he’s been involved with mainly are his solo project “Drifes the Common man”, and his band “Youngest and Only”. His roots in music can be stemmed from punk rock, hardcore, dancehall/soca, and hip hop/R&B.
Cris Derksen
Canadian Tkaronto Based (Toronto) Cris Derksen is an Internationally renowned Indigenous Cellist and Composer. The Juno-Nominated composer is Originally from Treaty 8 in Northern Alberta. Derksen has paved their own sonic path braiding Classical Electronic Indigenous music. As a composer she has her foot in many worlds working in Choral, Symphonic, Film, TV, Theatre, Dance and Fashion.
Justin Delorme
Justin Delorme is a Métis composer and producer based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He is a multi-instrumentalist and certified audio engineer with a background in music production and live performance. Delorme is a 2019 Canadian Screen Award Nominee (Best Original Music, Non-Fiction) with over 100 television credits including all 4 seasons of the acclaimed television series Taken (Eagle Vision, APTN/CBC).
Kerey Harper
“I grew up in St. Theresa Point First Nation. All my older siblings showed interest in music so I was exposed to it at a very young age. Both my older brothers played guitar, it wasn't until the age of 12 when I decided to start playing. Over the years I've gone through countless musical phases including the many subgenres of rock and electronic music. It wasn't until 2012 when I decided to blend all these influences into my own sound.”
Mimi O'Bonsawin
Mimi O'Bonsawin is an award winning roots songstress. You can find Mimi out on the road bringing songs and stories to diverse audiences all over this country and abroad. Her songs are heavily influenced by her French Canadian and Abenaki roots and flow through a centre of love and creativity. Her compositions are nurtured by the beauty of her home landscape, and her performances honest and raw.
Silla
Performing since 2005, Silla’s core members Charlotte Qamaniq and Cynthia Pitsiulak, hailing from Iglulik and Kimmirut Nunavut respectively, have crafted a live performance that could be described as rhythmic, tonal, and hypnotizing. Joined in 2020 by Charlotte Carleton (Panniqtuuq, NU), the latest iteration of the group is primed for greater artistic experimentation and an expansion of their craft.
Beatrice Deer
Acclaimed “Inuindie” pop act Beatrice Deer is a singer-songwriter based in Montreal. Half
Inuk and half Mohawk, Beatrice was born and raised in Nunavik, Quebec, in the small village
of Quaqtaq. Her award-winning songs are crafted upon deeply personal lyrics and blend
indie rock and modern folk with traditional Inuit stories and throat singing.
David Strickland
Among the top recipients of these awards was Mi’kmaq Grammy-winning music producer and artist David Strickland, who took home “Hip Hop Single of the Year,” “Collaboration of the Year,” and “Producer of the Year” for his album “Spirit of Hip Hop.”
G.R. Gritt
G.R. Gritt is a Juno Award winning, Two-Spirit, Transgender, Francophone, Anishinaabe/Métis artist. Their music serves as one of these beacons of connection for all who come near it. Welcoming yet truthful, they reclaim space through songs that show that intersectional identity is expansive and not to be divided into parts. By exploring the emotional and cultural core of their heritage as a non-binary, queer, Indigenous artist they create new space and encourage others to do the same.
